General conditions

This Price List includes all nautical services rendered by ACI marinas and is effective from January 1st, 2013. Prices are in EURO and include a 25% Value Added Tax. ACI reserves the right to change the Price List without prior notice. .

ACI incorporates 21 marinas of which 17 are open all year round while the 4 marinas are opened in the season only.

ACI marinas opened all year round:

ACI Umag, ACI Rovinj, ACI Pula, ACI Pomer, ACI Opatija, ACI Cres, ACI Supetarska Draga, ACI Šimuni, ACI Jezera, ACI Vodice, ACI Skradin, ACI Trogir, ACI Split, ACI Milna, ACI Vrboska, ACI Korčula and ACI Dubrovnik.

Seasonal ACI marinas (open from March 25th till October 31st):

ACI Rab, ACI Žut, ACI Piškera and ACI Palmižana

Sojourn tax:

All boaters are obligated to pay a sojourn tax during their stay in Croatia in accordance to the Law of Tourist Residence fee - more information at the website of Ministry of tourism - Republic of Croatia - www.mint.hr.

Consumption of electricity:

Berths without consumption counter

Regardless of whether the boat is moored on daily, monthly, winter season, 6-months, 9-months or annual bases, or stored on land on daily, 15-days, monthly, winter season or annual basis, for all boats a standard consumption of electricity is included in price in all ACI marinas.

Berths with the consumption counter

In ACI marinas that offer prepaid method of payment (ACI marina Dubrovnik) the consumption is charged by prepaid payment system, on berths with consumption counter.

Consumption of water

Regardless of whether the boat is moored on daily, monthly, winter season, 6-months, 9-months or annual bases, or stored on land on daily, 15-days, monthly, winter season or annual basis, for all boats a standard consumption of water is included in price in all ACI marinas (boat washing excluded).

Water consumption for water tank filling over 200 litres is charged extra by official ACI Other services price list.

All ACI marinas supply water and electricity in accordance with technical capabilities. Restriction in supply of electricity or water is not a ground for price reduction.

Prices

This Price List contains separate tables based on the periods, for each ACI marina with daily, monthly and annual fees for mooring berths and land storage places and is applied in all ACI marinas. Prices are based on the vessel’s length over all (L. o. a.). Exception is made in case of annual, 9-month and semi-annual (winter season) berth prices, where the price is determined by the vessel’s length over all and the vessel’s width.

ACI reserves the right to check the reported dimensions of the vessel. In case the reported length of a boat does not comply with the measurement, ACI reserves the right to charge a different price based on a length (L. o. a.) and width obtained by the performed measurement.

Catamarans and trimarans:

For multy-hulls all daily, monthly, winter season, 6-months, 9-months and annual berth as well as land storage fees are to be increased by 50%.

Exception is made in ACI marinas Žut and Piškera in which daily berth for multy-hulls is charged without increase in the period from 01.04. - 30.06. and 01.09. – 31.10.

Charter activity

The annual berth rental fee for boats used for charter purposes will be increased by 20% in ACI marinas Trogir, Split, Dubrovnik, while in other ACI marinas the annual berth rental fee will be increased by 15%.

By-boats (auxiliary boats)

Regardless of whether the by-boat (auxiliary boat) is registered or has a vignette signage, a berth fee is not charged when the auxiliary boat is berthed by the main boat. When the by-boat (auxiliary boat) uses the separate berth place, and the owner is holder of a yearly berth contract, the owner is obligated to sign a separate contract for the by-boat and the berth fee for a yearly, monthly or daily berth or storage on land is charged with a 50% discount. Signing the yearly contract for the by-boat does not entitle the owner to the separate ACI Card. When the by-boat (auxiliary boat) uses the separate berth place, and the main boat is not on a yearly berth contract with ACI, the valid price list for the daily berth is applied (no discounts allowed).

Berth rental on daily basis

Included in price:

Daily berth discounts:

• After two consecutive days of stay in ACI marina Žut and ACI marina Piškera, on the third day the vessel is entitled to one daily berth free of charge.
• ACI marina Split offers 15% discount on daily berth fee from Monday to Thursday during the whole year.
• ACI marina Milna offers 10% discount on daily berth fee each Friday in the period from 01.07. – 31.08.
• ACI marina Vrboska offers 20% discount on daily berth fee during weekend (Friday – Sunday) in the period from 01.05. – 30.09.
• ACI marina Korčula offers 50% discount on daily berth fee each Friday and Saturday in the period from 01.03. – 30.06. and 01.09. – 31.10.
• ACI marina Dubrovnik offers 15% discount on daily berth fee from Monday to Thursday during the whole year.
• 10% discount on daily berth rates in all ACI marinas, in 2013 season, for users who re-register their boat with Croatian registers through ACI.

Boats that approach the marina in the period from 7 a.m. (from the reception opening hours) till 12 p.m. are charged with a fee for daily berth valid till 2 p.m. of the following day. Boats that approach the marina before 7 a.m. (e.g. in the period from 12 p.m. till 7 a.m. of the same day) are charged the daily berth fee till 2 p.m. of that same day. After 2 p.m. the new daily berth fee is charged.

Berth reservation

Daily berth reservation is available via on-line booking application on the official ACI website (www.aci-club.hr).

Berth rental on monthly basis

Included in price:

• berth rental
• surveillance of the vessel
• use of sanitary facilities with showers
• standard electricity and water consumption (boat washing excluded)

Note:
Berth rental service on monthly basis is rendered in ACI marinas opened all year round and in seasonal marina ACI Rab, always depending on the availability in each particular marina.

Advance payment needed for the monthly berth service.

Winter season berth rental

According to availability all ACI marinas opened all year round in the period from October 1st till April 30th offer a berth rental for 6 months. The Contract for period of 6 months can be concluded starting from October 1st with the expiration deadline on April 30th. Upon request this type of Contract can be concluded after October 31st but the expiration deadline remains April 30th.

The price of semi-annual (winter season) berth is half the cost of annual berth in each ACI marina increased by 10%.

• one washing of the boat's underwater part with the high pressure pump
• one car parking space at the ACI marina parking lot explicitly for the boat owner listed on the Semiannual Berth Contract (subject to availability)

Advance payment needed for the winter season berth service.

Berth rental on 6 month basis

ACI marina Opatija offers a berth on 6-month basis. The 6-month berth contract can be concluded during the whole year. 6-month berth rental prices, according to boats’ length, are listed in a separate table together with other prices for ACI marina Opatija (page 17).

Berth rental on 9 month basis

ACI marina Skradin offers a berth rental on 9-month basis. The 9-month berth contract can be concluded at any period of the year under condition that the vessel on a 9-month berth must leave the ACI marina Skradin in the period from June 15th till September 15th. If the vessel remains in the ACI marina Skradin during this period, daily or monthly berth rental fees are applied, according to ACI price list. 9-month berth rental prices, according to boats’ length, are listed in a separate table together with other prices for ACI marina Skradin (page 37).

Holders of 9 month berth contracts automatically become ACI members and are granted a range of benefits (see ACI Card special benefits paragraph).

Advance payment needed for this service. The contractual service is valid for ACI marina Skradin only.

Berth rental on annual basis

Included in price:

• annual berth rental
• surveillance of the vessel
• use of sanitary facilities with showers
• standard electricity and water consumption (boat washing excluded)
• one car parking space at the ACI marina parking lot explicitly for the boat owner listed on the Annual Berth Contract (subject to availability)

Notes:
Annual berth contracts are valid for the contractual ACI marina only.
Payment for this service has to be effected in advance.
Holders of annual berth contracts automatically become ACI members and are granted a range of benefits (see ACI Card special benefits paragraph).

Annual berth reservation

Annual berth reservation is available via e-mail (at the e-mail address marketing@aci-club.hr). Berth reservation price is 30% of total amount for annual berth rental at the desired marina, according to the official ACI price list.

Reservation fee is paid upon the offer submitted by the ACI, after confirmation of the reservation. The paid reservation fee will be deducted from the total amount of annual berth rental at the moment of Annual berth contract conclusion and payment. In case of cancelation of the reservation by the boat owner, ACI will keep the paid reservation fee.

Storage on land on daily basis

Storage on land on half-monthly basis

ACI marina Dubrovnik offers a new service – storage on land on half-monthly basis. Prices for storage on land on half-monthly basis are listed in a table together with other prices for ACI marina Dubrovnik (page 49).

Winter season storage on land

All ACI marinas opened all year round that offer the possibilities of storage on land according to availability in the period from October 1st till April 30th offer storage on land for 6 months. The Contract for period of 6 months can be concluded starting from October 1st with the expiration deadline on April 30th. Upon request this type of Contract can be concluded after October 31st but the expiration deadline remains April 30th.

The price of semi-annual (winter season) storage on land is half the cost of annual storage on land in each ACI marina increased by 10%.

Annual land storage contracts are valid for the contractual ACI marina only. Payment for this service has to be effected in advance.

Holders of annual land storage contracts automatically become ACI members and are granted a range of benefits (see ACI Card special benefits paragraph).

Berth and land storage rental combination

Boat owners are granted the possibility to stipulate annual contracts combining both berth and land storage rental, depending on the availability of free capacities in the chosen ACI marina. Combined annual contracts are stipulated in accordance with the usual contract conditions for annual contracts, while the boat owner has to decide how many months of the contract period he will use a mooring berth and how many months a land storage place. The price for such contract is always calculated based on monthly rental fees. Holders of combined berth and land storage contracts are entitled to receive the ACI membership Card and are granted the same benefits as other contract holders.

Payment for this service has to be effected in advance.
Rental of boat cradles and wooden supports for all land storage services is offered depending on availability in marinas and is charged extra in accordance with the ACI marina price list (see Other services – table 1 and table 2).

ACI Card - special benefts for ACI members

The ACI membership card (ACI Card) is granted explicitly to Boat owners who have stipulated an annual contract for berth or land storage in any ACI marina or berth contract on 9-months basis in ACI marina Skradin. From 2013 season all charter boats using annual berth in ACI marinas are entitled to ACI Card as well as all ACI Card benefits. ACI Card holders, upon presentation of the ACI Card, are entitled to the following benefits:

• 20% discount on daily berth rates in all ACI marinas, all year round
• 50% discount on daily, monthly and semi-annual land storage rates are granted to holders of annual berth contracts in their contractual ACI marina or in a different ACI marina depending on the available land storage capacity, all year round
• 3 days mooring berth free of charge within contract period for holders of annual land storage contract
• 3 days land storage free of charge (boat cradles included) within contract period for holders of annual berth contract
• 3% discount on annual berth price is granted to annual berth user who mediates in bringing new annual berth user in any ACI marina
• one washing of the boat’s underwater part with the high pressure pump, for holders of annual berth or land storage contract
• 10% discount at the buffet “Torta” in ACI marina Pula
